Rev. Greg Fairow, Transforming Campus Ministries' executive director, has developed and is available to lead the following workshops:
Sowing Campus Ministry Opportunities
A noon-to-noon or one-day workshop to help leaders from several churches and/or other ministries begin to explore their respective opportunities to start a new campus ministry or transform an existing one.
Cultivating Campus Ministry Opportunities
One or more on-site workshops to help a church or local ministry develop a more effective organizational structure and/or a viable strategic plan to start a new campus ministry or transform an existing one.
Harvesting Campus Ministry Opportunities
Up to two years of ongoing consultation and coaching to help a new or transforming campus ministry faithfully and fruitfully implement its strategic plan.
Additional workshops and other training events can be developed to meet your specific needs.
